How much does it cost?
Signing up and applying is 100% free for yayas — always. Families can post jobs for free; a small fee applies to unlock applicant profiles and confirm meet & greets.
Is Yayas On Demand an agency?
No. We are a self-service job board. Families and yayas connect and agree on terms directly. We don't employ, place, or take a cut from any yaya's salary.
What does “NBI-verified” mean?
The yaya uploaded a photo of their NBI clearance and our team manually checked that the name matches and the clearance is current. It's a screening step, not a background investigation or guarantee.
What are my obligations as an employer?
Under the Batas Kasambahay (RA 10361), household employers must provide at minimum the applicable wage, day off, and SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG coverage. We'll point you to official resources when you hire.
